Privacy policy

We only process personal data if you contact us by letter, fax, e-mail, telephone or web form, or if you have subscribed to our newsletter mailing list.

We process this data in order to communicate with you, to support you with your request or to send you newsletters.

The legal basis for this is your consent pursuant to Article 6(1a) DSGVO or purposes of contract performance pursuant to Article 6(1b) DSGVO.

Irrespective of this, you have the following rights as a data subject (Chapter 3 of the GDPR, "Data subject rights"):

The right to information: You can request information about which of your personal data we store.

The right to rectification: If you believe that we are storing personal data about you that is incorrect, you can request that it be corrected.

The right to erasure and restriction of processing: Under certain conditions, you may request that we erase your personal data or restrict processing.

The right to object: You have the right to object to the processing of your data on grounds relating to your particular situation; and we will stop processing unless other legislation obliges us to process it.

The right to data portability: You have the right to request that we transfer personal data that you have provided to us to another controller, or that we transfer this data to you in a commonly used, machine-readable format.

Our web server is operated by Hetzner Online GmbH. When visiting websites, data must be collected for technical reasons, which the web browser transmits to the web server. These are usually:

• the name of the requested file as well as the time and status of the request and the amount of data transferred
• the page from which the file was requested
• the operating system of the computer and the name and version of the browser used
• the anonymized IP address of the requesting computer

This data is encrypted in transit using TSL. IP addresses are only stored anonymously, so that it is no longer possible to establish a link to an individual user.
